How to get an Order Confirmation?
After placing an order, you will receive an "order confirmation" email sent within 24 hours of placing your order.
Please note: If you did not receive your order confirmation within 24 hours, please click here to contact our Customer Service department. Be sure to have your email address and order number handy. We will investigate and send a new confirmation to you.
Please note: Emails sent on Friday after 5 p.m. EST, Saturdays and Sundays, will be responded to on Monday. Our Customer Service hours are Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. - 5 p.m. EST.
How to Cancel / Change an Order?
In order to provide the shortest delivery times possible, we process orders immediately. This means we are rarely able to cancel an order once it has been submitted.
If you are ordering between the hours of 6 a.m. and 5 p.m.* Monday though Friday EST and you wish to cancel an order or have another related concern, please call Customer Service within 10 minutes of submitting your order at 1-888-273-5801.
*Please note: Cancellations can only be attempted during normal business hours.

A. J. Bros. Inc. recommends creating an account or logging into your existing account before placing items in your shopping cart.
Although you certainly can add items to your shopping cart without logging in, we cannot guarantee that those items will still be there if you leave and return at a later time.
However, if you first login to your account and then add items to your shopping cart, you can be assured that the items you've chosen will be saved if you decide to leave and come back another time.
