Enterprises in 1998 as a privately held promotional products firm that specialized in serving the K-12 School marketplace with Student Incentives, Awards and Custom Decorated Apparel. The early mission of A. J. Bros. Inc. focused on the principles of solution based selling to address problems of Student Achievement, Staff Motivation, Parent Involvement through creative use of Promotional Products. Analysis of our early experience with the educational marketplace and the insight into the core needs of our customers led to the diversification of our solutions. The firm carefully managed its projects to ensure growth without the need for outside capital. From these early projects emerged concepts for processes and tools that now allow us to offer research based solutions to educational institutions in the areas of Classroom Technology, Furniture, Supplemental Education and Custom Logo Products.
In the year 2000, A. J. Enterprises was renamed as A. J. Bros. LLC and it was incorporated in 2008.

A. J. Bros. Inc. focuses on Early Childhood / Head Start Agencies, PreK-12 Schools and Community Colleges in the State of Michigan. We also target schools in the neighboring states of Illinois, Ohio, Indiana and Pennsylvania. A. J. Bros. Inc. is seeking to expand its operation internationally to the Middle East region.

Management and Organization Plan
The A. J. Bros. Inc. management team is composed of Abizer Ali (President and 100% Stock Holder), Carolyn McNamara (Finance Manager) and Zoher Bhinderwala (Sales Manager).
Abizer Ali graduated from GS Medical College, Bombay, India in 1985. He migrated to USA in 1987 and practiced Physical Therapy and Electro-physiology for 10 years in the state of Georgia. He obtained ECS certification through APTA - certified as clinical Electro-physiologist for Electrical testing of Nerves and Muscles. He also became a Certified to perform Intra-operative Neuro-physiologic Monitoring for signals generated in Brain and Spinal Cord. He is also certified by Infocomm as CTS (Certified Technology Specialist).
Carolyn McNamara graduated from the University of Michigan - Dearborn in 1987 with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. She has experience in financial analysis and property accounting.
Zoher Bhinderwala has a bachelor's degree in Physics from the University of Bombay and extensive experience in technology solutions and sales.
A. J. Bros. Inc.'s key advisors include Dennis Diebolt, CPA. He provides accounting, tax and general business advice for an annual fee.
Recruitment and Selection of Employees
Employees are recruited as need arises. A careful selection is made after reviewing resumes, personal interviews and reference checks. Currently we have a total of eight employees with dedicated positions for Order Management, Purchasing, Sales, Marketing, Shipping, Installation, Graphic Design and Printing.
